TaxChat needed to build a complete end-to-end solution in just 90 days. The project required balancing a minimum viable product with feature-rich functionality capable of disrupting an industry worth $9 billion annually. The team faced complex backend requirements while maintaining an elegant, intuitive user interface.
Solution
Infinity Interactive developed a comprehensive ecosystem including an iOS mobile app, web applications for multiple user types, APIs, communication management systems, and a marketing website. The platform featured asynchronous chat communication, document sharing, push notifications, and sophisticated algorithms for intelligently assigning clients to tax preparers while managing load balancing and preparer unavailability scenarios.
